Fully featured and at your fingertips
Your Metasearch portal is now integrated within your Summit dashboard. When accessing "metasearch" reports, you'll now be presented with a login screen.
Once you log in, you'll be able to interact with the Metadesk portal to review reports, analyze your funnel, reconcile reservations for billing, and more.
Initially, upon logging in, you'll see your metasearch campaign production data - click the hamburger menu in the top right to access the full Metadesk menu.
Billing Policy Changes
- With the new Metadesk portal, you'll now receive reservation data five days earlier each month, thanks to improved billing automation. Now, instead of receiving reservation data on the 5th of each month, we'll notify you on the 1st of each month with reconciliation data (cancellations indicated) due by the 10th of each month.
- Going forward, agency service fees and metasearch fees will be invoiced separately. This change provides clearer cost breakdowns and a more streamlined billing process.
